The Biscoff obsessives in my life would go completely silent eating this bar. The spiced caramelised-biscuit flavour in premium chocolate is a combination I didn't realise needed to exist until it did. A very easy bar to love on first encounter.

Try the milk chocolate version first. Then try this one immediately after. The comparison makes both bars better — the dark version feels like a reveal of what the filling was always capable of when the shell stops competing with it.

The most complex bar I tried. After eating six bars in a row, this was the one I kept thinking about later. It's layered in a way that the others — as excellent as they are — aren't. My recommendation is to try it third or fourth in a tasting order, not first, so the complexity lands without overwhelming.

The bar I'd reach for on a non-special-occasion Tuesday. It doesn't demand your full attention the way the Knafeh or Baklawa bars do. It's just reliably, consistently excellent — the kind of bar you keep one of in reserve at all times.

The most autumnal, most "warm drink on a cold day" bar in the range. It lands differently from every other bar here because the blondie shell is a genuinely new format. Worth ordering specifically because nothing else tastes quite like it.

The biggest pleasant surprise of the tasting. Don't skip this one because the concept sounds odd. On a warm day, it's the best bar in the lineup.

The bar that will make the most sense to give to children, and the bar that will most reliably unlock a memory in adults. A different kind of bar from the others — less sophisticated, more joyful, and valuable for exactly those reasons.

I ranked this last not because it's the worst — it might actually be the most interesting of them all — but because it's the one that requires the most readiness. Try the others first. Come to this one when you're paying full attention.
