Every FIX order is packed in our Dubai kitchen using a multi-layer system designed to protect bars from heat, humidity, and impact. Here's what goes into every shipment:
Insulated Liners
Every box is lined with thermal insulation that creates a temperature-controlled microenvironment inside the package. This dramatically slows heat transfer — even in warm climates and during summer months.
Gel Ice Packs
For destinations with warmer climates or longer transit times, we include gel-based ice packs that keep the interior of the box cool for up to 48+ hours. The number and size of packs are adjusted based on the shipping destination and season.
Sturdy Outer Box
Every order ships in a rigid corrugated box designed to withstand the handling of international shipping. No flimsy mailers, no thin cardboard. The box is selected based on order size to minimize movement inside.
Individual Bar Protection
Each bar is individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent contact damage. Bars don't shift, stack, or press against each other during transit. They arrive the same way they left our kitchen.
Climate-Adaptive Packaging
We don't use the same packaging for every destination. A shipment to Canada in January gets different insulation than a shipment to Saudi Arabia in August. Our logistics team adjusts packaging based on destination climate, season, and transit duration — automatically.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected speed. Every order — regardless of shipping tier — includes full tracking with a tracking number emailed to you immediately after dispatch.

Who charges these fees? Your country's customs authority — not FIX. These charges are determined by your local government based on the declared value and category of the goods.
Are they included in the price? No. FIX product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or local taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected separately — usually by the delivery carrier before final delivery.
How much will it be? It depends on your country. Many countries have a duty-free threshold below which no tax is charged. Food items, including chocolate, are often taxed at lower rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Will my package get stuck in customs? Rarely. We include all required customs documentation with every international shipment. Packages are clearly labeled as food products with accurate declared values. Most shipments clear customs within 1–2 business days.
